Position: Project Coordinator
Team: Engine (Powertrain)
Team of 3-5 members

Job Description:
Project Support
- Serve as an interpreter and primary point of contact, ensuring clear and accurate communication between local sites and headquarters during meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting reports, transcribe minutes, and manage memos and related documentation.
- Provide task support as requested by the project team to maintain smooth operations.

Administrative Support
- Handle internal administrative tasks, including purchasing, surveys, and other section-related activities.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate assignments and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely
completion.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in computer science/technology or IT related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as *project coordinator supporting software development team from IT company/Software House.
- Proven knowledge of software development process.
- Able to work well as part of diverse team, work under pressure and within tight schedule.
- Able to multitask while also using time wisely and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
- Intermediate level of English.
- JLPT N2 or higher.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
NOTE: Hybrid work policy, depends on volume of work and company's regulations. (New members works in the office everyday during probation)
