■About role
This role involves managing construction sites for commercial and industrial facilities, with a focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) infrastructure.

■Detail
・Develop and improve inspection formats for construction management and on-site use.
・Instruct subcontractor foremen on document preparation and review submitted documents.
・Provide safety and inspection guidance to subcontractor workers.
・Prepare, manage, and support handover documentation and processes.
・Perform project scheduling and quality control tasks.
・Ensure all construction activities comply with Thai regulations, safety standards, and design specifications.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・ At least 2 years of practical experience as an site manager or supervisor.
・ Basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems in buildings.
・ Experience in preparing and reviewing construction reports for clients, as well as verifying as-built drawings in electrical and HVAC projects.
・ Strong communication skills to work smoothly with internal and external stakeholders, including clients.

■Better to have
・Familiarity with instrumentation/control system infrastructure is an advantage
・Basic English communication skills (reading/writing/speaking)
・Valid Thai engineering license
