Online Registration & Interview
First, register with Pasona. We will conduct an interview based on the information you have registered, then we will introduce you to the job openings and explain how to proceed to the next step.
Seminar and Interview Preparation
After screening the documents, Pasona will arrange an interview with the company. Normally, interviews are held face-to-face in Thailand and are followed by a second interview. *In exceptional cases, face-to-face or telephone interviews may be conducted in Japan.
Start of Work
We exchanged employment contracts and received a job offer. You will start working after your visa is approved, but we will be in touch with the company and provide support until you start working.

Is there a service fee?
A.
There is no service fee for job seekers.
You can consult with Career Advisor, register, apply for a job, and start working for free.

Please explain the process from applying for a job to receiving a job offer.
A.
When you register or apply for a job by using us, we will arrange a meeting with the Career Advisor in order to check your previous working experience and skills based on your resume. Next, if the job openings in our database meet your requirements, we will send your profile to the company for consideration, and once you pass the document screening, you will be scheduled for a job interview by the company.
Generally, job interviews will be conducted face-to-face. However, it may be conducted online now. After accepting the job offer, the Career Advisor will assist you until you join the company.

What are the benefits of using recruitment agency?

We provide you with tips on finding jobs based on your lifestyle and conditions. The Career Advisor will also prepare a recommendation letter and apply for the job for you. This can help you in communicating your strengths to the company which a resume alone cannot. Furthermore, there are other advantages, such as being able to acquire more up-to-date information from various companies than finding jobs on your own.

Is it acceptable if I have already registered with another recruitment agency?

Of course. The more information sources you have, the more options you gain.

Is it possible to find jobs in Thailand remotely even though I am not currently in Thailand?
A.
Yes. On average, the company will conduct 2 interviews. However, if the face-to-face interview is difficult for the candidate, online interview can be requested depending on company. Therefore, job seekers residing outside of Thailand can also apply.
