【Main Duty】
・Support clients’ business transformation by formulating new business models, providing hands-on support for their commercialization, and leading change management and process reengineering within business units.
・Generate business value through collaboration with a diverse range of specialists—strategy consultants, data scientists, business designers, cloud architects, and others.
・Drive proposal-based sales activities for the consulting projects described above.

【Job Description】
・Analyze the client's market environment and strengths to devise new business models that will generate new revenue streams.
・Partner with clients from planning to execution to support the launch of formulated business models as actual businesses.
・Visualize and analyze the client's existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and support the transformation towards more productive processes.
・When introducing new businesses or processes, support the organization and employees in smoothly adopting the change through measures such as developing communication plans and providing training.
・Lead business transformation projects to success by managing overall progress, issues, and risks, and by coordinating among stakeholders.
・Utilize analytics tools to analyze business data and derive objective insights for identifying issues and formulating strategies.
・Use CX (Customer Experience) related tools to analyze customer touchpoints, and devise and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
・Collaborate with a diverse team of experts, including data scientists, business designers, and cloud architects, to solve complex problems.
・Propose business transformation consulting projects to potential clients to win new engagements.
・Build relationships of trust through close communication, sometimes working on-site at the client's office, to provide strong support for strategy execution.

One project consists of a team of 3 to 5 people.

The basics are WFH 100％
But if you have a client appointment, you need to visit the client.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree （GPA 3.0 UP）　
・Upper Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 700 or equivalent.）
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese（N2 UP）
・Experienced in planning/reviewing/executing new business at current/other companies
・Experienced in project management/PMO
・Experienced in business reform/change management."

【Advantage】
・Experience in planning, evaluating, and executing new business initiatives either within one's own company or at other organizations
・Experience in project management and/or working in a PMO (Project Management Office)
・Experience in business process reengineering and/or change management
・Planning ability, presentation ability
・PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
・Survey and research skills related to related industries
・Project management and communication skills
・Expertise in the relevant field (preferably)
