The Sustainability Consulting Group is engaged in:
-Providing consulting services that leverage innovation to address social issues, including research, strategy development, new business planning, and execution support
-Leading proposal-based sales activities for the above consulting engagements

In this group, your responsibilities will include:
-Data Collection & Analysis: Collecting and analyzing customer and market data to identify business issues and areas for improvement
-Report Creation: Creating reports and presentation materials based on analyzed data for internal stakeholders and clients
-Project Management Support: Supporting project progress management and coordination under the guidance of senior analysts or project managers
-Market Research: Conducting industry trend analysis, competitive research, and customer needs assessments to identify new business opportunities
-Business Process Improvement Proposals: Suggesting efficiency improvements and cost reduction measures through business process analysis
-System Implementation & Improvement Support: Supporting requirements definition, testing, and user support for IT system implementation or enhancement projects
-Customer Engagement: Responding to client inquiries, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations
-Each project is typically handled by a team of 3 to 5 members.

Work Style
This position is 100% work-from-home in principle.
However, on-site client visits are required when client appointments are scheduled.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree (GPA 3.0 UP） - Please make sure your resume includes your GPA
・Upper Intermediate Level of English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent.)
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese（N2 UP）
・Experience in project management/PMO
・More than 2 years of work experience in a consulting firm (but not in IT Consulting, Accounting Consulting nor HR Consulting) or Research firm
・More than 2 years of sales experience or customer facing experience
