Presales & Customer Engagement
- Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business processes
- Conduct meetings with customers to gather and analyze system requirements
- Design and propose appropriate software solutions for industrial operations
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and solution proposals
- Provide technical consultation to help customers understand how the system supports their workflow

Solution Design
- Translate customer requirements into system concepts and solution architecture
- Prepare solution documentation and project scope
- Coordinate with internal development or technical teams

Implementation & Delivery
- Participate in software implementation and system configuration
- Support system setup, testing, and user acceptance
- Provide user training and system guidance to customers
- Assist in troubleshooting and post-implementation support

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 1 year of experience in software solutions, ERP systems, or industrial systems in manufacturing or a software firm that supports manufacturing software.
- Intermediate Level
- Ability to gather and analyze customer requirements
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to explain system concepts to non-technical users
- Basic understanding of business processes in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
- Willingness to work closely with both customers and technical teams

🎯 Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of industrial systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, Production Planning, or Inventory systems
- Experience in software implementation or presales consulting
- Experience working with manufacturing or factory customers
- Basic understanding of databases, system integration, or APIs is a plus
