■About the Role
Deputy Director to lead Thailand operations and solution-deployment across ASEAN. Serving as the local execution head under Japan HQ-led structure, accountable for project-level profitability and cross-border alignment. Expected to evolve into MD candidate based on performance.

■Key Responsibilities
・Oversee large-scale, multi-site rollout operations across Thailand and ASEAN
・Manage project profitability including gross margin and cost control
・Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ members (PMs, engineers, subcontractors)
・Align local operations with HQ strategy, technical standards, and execution priorities
・Support technical discussions with clients leveraging technical sales/FAE experience
・Oversee risk management and report progress to HQ

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・Experience leading large-scale, multi-site rollouts in Thailand
・Cross-border project coordination experience (ASEAN countries)
・Team management experience (15+ members)
・Business-level English
・Knowledge of facilities, IoT, telecommunications, or sensor-related products
・Technical sales or FAE experience at a manufacturer

■NICE TO HAVE
・Experience in a technology-driven startup environment*Big Advantage
・Knowledge of wireless technologies, IoT, or BMS
・PoC design and evaluation experience
・Product localization experience
