1. Plan and implement quality control strategies for all manufacturing processes under IATF16949 system.
2. Conduct root cause analysis using engineering approaches such as 5Why, Fishbone, PM Analysis, and DOE to prevent recurrence.
3. Monitor and report key quality indicators (KPI) and lead improvement projects toward achieving yearly targets.
4. Conduct Internal and Supplier Audits and follow up on corrective/preventive actions effectively.
5. Communicate with customers and suppliers for quality issues, claims, and corrective actions in a timely and professional manner.
6. Manage QA/QC team to maintain quality mindset and proactive problem-solving capability.
7. Review and improve inspection systems and measurement methods to enhance accuracy and productivity.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Production preferred)
• At least 7 years of experience in QC/QA field (Automotive Tier 1, especially Engine Piping, is highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IATF16949 and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 or above
• Good command of English for technical communication
• Leadership with logical thinking, problem-solving, and proactive working style
• Personality: DISC Type C dominant (detail-oriented, systematic), with Type D secondary (decisive, assertive)
