JOB DETAIL

Handle quality documentation and inspection systems for new model projects, including PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and MSA, in accordance with customer requirements

Control and ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to meet product and quality standards

Analyze quality issues and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to maintain product and material quality

Analyze production defects and scrap issues to identify root causes and propose improvement actions

Review Daily Inspection Reports and submit quality reports to customers as required

Support quality activities related to audits, new model launches, and continuous improvement projects

Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and related departments on quality-related matters

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or related fields)

Experience in automotive industry is mandatory

Experience supporting new model or new project activities is required

Basic knowledge of QA/QC tools and quality control processes

Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications

Good communication and coordination skills

English communication skills are an advantage
