■General
The QA Engineer will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality assurance systems are effectively implemented, meet customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

■Detail
・Lead process validation and continuous quality improvement activities
・Analyze quality trends and apply preventive improvement methods (PDCA, CAPA/8D)
・Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
・Coordinate and support customer audits, reporting status to management
・Maintain customer communication and share best practices within the team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■ Must Have
・3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with 2–3 years in Quality Assurance or system-level quality roles
・Strong knowledge of QMS and IATF 16949, with hands-on experience in APQP and PPAP
・Experience applying preventive quality methodologies such as FMEA and structured problem-solving approaches (e.g. 8D)
・Lower-intermediate level of English communication skills

■ Better to Have
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
・Experience in the automotive stamping industry is a strong advantage
・Experience working in a Japanese company environment
