■General
The QA/QC Engineer will coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure compliance with standards, meet demanding customer requirements, and support continuous quality improvement with internal team.

■Detail
・Conduct Kaizen activities, process validation, root cause analysis, corrective actions
・Handle customer complaints, follow up corrective actions, conduct internal audits
・Review quality reports, drive continuous improvement
・Solve problems using 7 QC Tools, PDCA, CAPA (8D)
・Maintain customer relations, reduce defects, follow TS16949 standards
・Manage customer audits and report status to management
・Share best practices in team meetings, visit customers when required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・3–5 years in automotive industry, with 2–3 years QC or QA experience
・Knowledge of QMS & TS16949, Solid experience in APQP & PPAP
・Proficient in quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, DOE, etc.)
・English lower Intermediate level

■Better to have
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
・Experienced stamping industry for Automotive parts *Big Advantage
・Ever work at Japanese Company
