JOB DETAIL

- Responsible for IT Administrative and technical task and user management.
- Manage and control staff policy (password control, data access control, training, email account control, etc.)
- Systems planning and development (System development, making plan, adjusting with related companies and departments)
- IT support control of hardware (checking the price and spec for IT equipment, receive the equipment and install, maintenance of the hardware, making retirement appreciation, break storage devise (HDD, USB)
- IT support and control software (checking the price and spec of software, receive and install software, maintenance the software)
- IT' assets (hardware, software, and system), control and maintenance.
- IT equipment's, tools, and gadgets maintenance.
- Information security controller
- Sever management and control.
- Data backup and storage control.
- Development support for company about IT and all systems and software
- Educate of Information security control to all staff
- Supporting to all staff for system, software, application, etc. to be able to work smoothly and continuously and annual user training on information technology and security.
- Co-ordinate with vendors (to modify, upgrade internal system).
- Responsibility for Information security control Audit and others concerned audit.
- Others as assigned by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in IT field
- 7 years experienced in computer engineer, computer science or related fields.
- Good Command in English (all speaking, reading, and writing)
- Computer skill: Excellence in Microsoft Office programs, Server, etc.
- Core skills for in-house IT engineers (ex: PC troubleshooting and support).
- Network and system administration, documentation, and process management.
- IT security awareness and continuous learning and adaptability.
