- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise
- Help customers choose the right IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity solution
- Design solutions that meet customer needs, budget, and business goals
- Explain technical concepts clearly to customers and non-technical audiences
- Consult customers and design IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity solutions
- Prepare high-level designs, technical proposals, BOQ, and cost estimates
- Support sales activities, presentations, demos, and POC
- Handle RFP / RFQ / RFI technical response
- Coordinate with technology vendors and stay updated on new solutions
- Deliver solutions covering Network, Server, Cloud, Backup, and Security
Cybersecurity Solutions
Network Security: Firewall, IPS, VPN, SD-WAN
Firewall technologies: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco
Endpoint Security: EDR / XDR
Email and Web Security
SIEM and SOC integration
Vulnerability assessment and risk mitigation
Zero Trust and security architecture design
IT Infrastructure Solutions
Enterprise Networking: LAN, WAN, Core & Access design
Server and Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
Cloud Infrastructure: Azure, AWS, Hybrid Cloud
Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
Data Center modernization

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Pre-Sales, Solution Engineer, or Technical Consultant experience preferred.
- Experience with System Integrators (SI) or IT service providers is an advantage.
- Experience working with enterprise customer.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (required TOEIC score: 700+)
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 or N2 level is preferred.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
