JOB DETAIL

Communicate daily with both existing and new customers, locally and internationally.

Understand customer requirements and deliver a high standard of service.

Prepare quotations, production orders, and Excel planning sheets; manage timelines and follow up closely on all production matters.

Share key details and updates with relevant departments.

Prepare progress reports for company directors and senior managers.

Efficiently manage personal responsibilities and assigned tasks.

Process customer orders and ensure accurate delivery schedules are provided by related departments.

Act as a liaison between customers and the manufacturing team.

Prepare and update master schedule comparison reports.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Handle customer complaints, provide effective solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution, and maintain proper records.

Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the jewelry industry.

Responsible, accountable, and eager to learn.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate positively and work well in a team.

Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe applications.

Detail-oriented and attentive to special customer requests.
