JOB DETAIL

- Handle domestic logistics, *import operations, data entry, and internal process monitoring to meet departmental goals.
- Support GM, AGM, and sales team in related business activities.
- Handle daily document transaction, custom clearance, invoice, shipping documents and service to customers with full scope of documentation.
- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics with trucking companies, warehouses, and shipping lines.
- Handle Credit Control effectively to avoid over credit/past due.
- Input data in the system properly according to company's business process and internal rules/regulations.
- Expand and take care of customers' assets for Aromatic and Polyester chain business toward dept/div target.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field. (Business administration or logistics are preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in *sales support/sales coordinator from *trading company with proven knowledge of L/C payment, logistics documentation process and inventory management.
- Highly committed to task completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, able to create good relationships with customers and team.
- Intermediate level of English (TOEIC Score 750 is preferable).
