JOB DETAIL

- Supply chain management (Inventory & Delivery)
- Support Japanese GM and Manager
- Monitoring and controlling the inventory stock of good movement including damaged products during the handling
- Handle import procedures for in-house products from the Japan headquarters
- Prepare various documents required for import/export operations
- Making the report of non-moving stock

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales coordinator
- Basic knowledge import and export operations
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
- Intermediate level of Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above is preferred).
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
