JOB DETAIL

- Develop annual and monthly sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Estimate and summarize yearly and monthly sales targets based on market analysis and customer trends.
- Quotation calculation, ensure timely submission of quotes and follow up on customer feedback.
- Control and summary KPI monthly, also contact and negotiate with customer.
- Ensure all sales activities and documentation comply with IATF 16949 standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Marketing field or related field.
- At least 5 years experiences of Sales/Marketing function in Automotive Industry.
- Proficient in Japanese with JLPT N2 or above.
- Good command in English will be advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Have knowledge of IATF16949 will be advantage.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skill & negotiation skill.
- Able to work under pressure.
