JOB DETAIL

- Handle general administrative tasks such as office documentation, filing, correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies and facilities.
- Support HR functions including recruitment (posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews), onboarding/offboarding of employees, maintaining employee records, and record keeping.
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration, payroll preparation, leave/attendance tracking, overtime, and statutory reporting (e.g., social security).
- Coordinate with Japanese management/expatriates: interpret or translate (Japanese ↔ Thai) in meetings, documents, emails, etc.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal company policies.
- Assist with visa/work permit matters for foreign staff where applicable.
- Liaise with head office or regional HR/administrative functions (if required) to implement HR & admin policies.
- Provide support for staff welfare, staff events, training & development coordination.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management (e.g., assist Japanese executives, schedule coordination, translation of business materials, etc.).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Japanese, or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of admin & HR experience.
- Japanese language skills: JLPT N3 or above, or equivalent Japanese speaking/reading/writing ability.
- English is Intermediate level.
- Ideally with experience in a Japanese company or working with Japanese-speaking management.
- Knowledge of Thai labor law, HR practices, and administrative operations.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, proactive attitude.
