JOB DETAIL

Responsible for mainly B2B Automotive clients (Tier1 clients).
Products: Axel shafts, disc brakes, drum brakes, exhaust manifolds, leaf springs, stabilizer bars, hot coil springs, push rods, rotary blades -- Automotive Parts

- Oversee and direct end-to-end warehouse management operations across global markets, ensuring seamless integration of shipping and receiving processes, harmonizing practices with international supply chain strategies, and delivering superior service quality that drives sustainable customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Ensure full compliance of corporate logistics activities with U.S. trade laws, regulations, and standards, proactively mitigating legal and operational risks.
- Lead the governance of client agreement processes, including NDAs and contracts, safeguarding corporate interests, driving smooth execution, and minimizing risk exposure in support of sales and long-term business growth.
- Steer the development and assessment of RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to reinforce competitive positioning and capture new business opportunities.
- Deliver strategic evaluations and recommendations on Incoterms, customer projects, and contractual frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational growth and business development strategies.
- Oversee strategic materials planning for inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring compliance with U.S. customs regulations while optimizing efficiency through advanced material planning systems.
- Implement corporate logistics performance governance, managing and evaluating service providers to drive continuous improvement and elevate logistics effectiveness across U.S. operations.
- Foster strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve end-to-end supply chain optimization and operational excellence.
- Conduct performance reviews and business impact assessments, tracking client satisfaction, operational efficiency, revenue, and cost outcomes, with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead export growth initiatives, expanding international sales channels and reinforcing the company’s global market presence.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field. *If have engineering degree is an advantage.
- Over 10 years of experience in automotive exports, including expanding into new overseas markets and leading participation in international/oversea exhibitions.
- Over 10 years of experience in warehouse management, *If have experience working with first-tier automotive suppliers in the US region will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of marketing and logistics activities within the automotive export sales field.
- Knowledge of U.S. logistics-related laws and regulations is preferred.
- Skilled in building strong customer relationships to support business operations, gain customer insights, and strengthen connections.
- Excellent command of English.
- Able to work on 1 Saturday per month
- Flexible to visit client in Samutprakan, Rayong, Chonburi, Ayudhaya, etc. upon request. *Able to use company car or personal car, company's car & driver can be provided upon request.
