- Ensure product quality meets customer standards, including control of NG parts and problem analysis.
- Manage quality inspection processes and improve the accuracy of inspection standards to meet customer and company requirements.
- Manage and analyze quality issues related to internal processes and customer complaints to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Control and manage inspection tools and measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and calibration.
- Investigate and report customer complaints to management, and coordinate with related departments to solve problems effectively.
- Prepare quality documentation such as inspection reports, quality standards, and control plans.
- Report and analyze supplier quality issues to improve supplier performance.
- Monitor supplier quality and assist suppliers in improving their quality to meet company standards.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QC/QA management in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or industrial parts.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, and quality tools (5Why, Fishbone, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.).
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred) and English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and quality-related software/tools.
