JOB DETAIL

・Assist QA/QC Manager in operating quality management system and planning activities to achieve KPIs.
・Monitor inspections of production processes and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
・Handle initial responses to customer complaints and propose corrective actions.
・Collect and analyze quality data and prepare reports.
・Promote Lean, 5S, and KAIZEN activities within the department.
・Perform inspections and manage quality data using measurement tools.
・Support the implementation of ISO9001/IATF16949 requirements.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・5+ years of experience as an Engineer (About QA or QC or Production Engineer)
・2+ years of experience in a supervisor or higher title
・English Intermediate Level(Speak/Read/Write)
・Know well about 5S, Kaizen, TPS(Toyota Production System）

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Ever work at Automotive-Parts company(Important)
・Ever work at Japanese company(Important)
・Ever used Measurement Equipment/Machine for hands-on inspection.
*CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine), Contracer etc
・Ever learn "Lean Six Sigma"(If own certificate Green Belt or higher, will be advantage)
*This is a methodology that combines the principles of Lean and Six Sigma to improve business processes
*After start working date, client will educate about this. Employee can get support to get higher certificate with providing OJT support
