• Follow up new process of sample wheels
• Assist the Design and Development Manager in daily operations, including cooperation with Sales and Production departments.
• Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient performance
• Handle customer (through Sales department) inquiries regarding wheel designs and resolve issues with a positive and helpful attitude
• Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Support the mold room in resolving and improving fabrication process issues.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related discipline
- 2+ years of mold experience in wheel designs [Preferred] or other automotive parts
- Strong leadership skills to be able to assist the department manager in supervising a group of engineers
- Strong knowledge of AutoCad 2D, Siemens NX, SolidWork
- Lower Intermediate of English
- Willing to work extra hours when there are new big projects
- Able to weld and turn
- Able to start work immediately would be an advantage
