Looking for an Assistant Manufacturing Manager to support the Manufacturing Department at a die-casting products (automotive parts).

This role focuses on quality control, audit compliance, and customer communication, ensuring that production meets industry standards.

Job descriptions:
1. Handling Quality Issues
-Acting as the point of contact for customers when product issues arise (handling complaints and reporting)
- Following up on internal countermeasures and ensuring corrective actions are implemented

2. Compliance with Quality Standards (IATF 16949)
-Ensuring factory operations comply with IATF 16949, the quality management standard for the automotive industry
-Handling external audits conducted by customers or third-party organizations
-Conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to quality management standards

3. Team Management
-Managing 300 department members.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must]
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Intermediate level of English
- Managerial experience in the die-casting or automotive parts manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in IATF 16949 compliance
- Experience in defect analysis and customer complaint handling
- Experience in process improvement and production efficiency enhancement
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
