-Provide support to customers before and after sales to ensure a smooth experience
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
-Coordinate with relevant departments to solve customer issues efficiently
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Assist in gathering customer feedback for service improvement
-Support the sales and marketing team as needed

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good communication skills in English [Toeic score is a must ]
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
