- Working closely with clients to execute campaigns
- Managing day-to-day client relationships, handling creative and integrated accounts
- Seeking out value add opportunities for both client and company
- Understanding and identifying the key needs of clients and developing ongoing practical solutions
- Influencing decisions and presenting to people at all levels both internally and externally
- Researching and sourcing new business

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher level in related field
- At least 10 years of Client Service background in Advertising agency or having planning experiences in - Marketing or Digital Marketing business will be advantage.
- Flexible, highly self-motivated, responsibility, methodical, task-oriented, and focused, with good attention to detail
- Able to manage client relationships across a complex portfolio
- Able to troubleshoot independently
- Able to perform at a high standard under pressure
- Having excellent, client-facing interpersonal skills
- A confident communicator with highly developed verbal and written communication skills both Thai and English
