【Main Duty】
・Main job description is wholesale operations
・Increase awareness and sales of own products through EC sites.（LAZADA）
・O2O (Online to Offline/Offline to Online) business promotion

【Job Description】
・Responsible for owned and third-party EC operation including merchandise mix, inventory control, and manage sales performance, profit and operation expenses against targets and budget.
・Analyzing sales results and making up business review on monthly basis showing EC sales performance (KPIs, sell-through by product category, consumer buying patterns and EC store data)
・Plan marketing/promotion to attract customers into EC stores and to provide with better customer journey and experiences.
・Working on O2O (Online to Offline/Offline to Online) marketing from scratch, working together with digital team members.
・Keep researching potential market to develop EC business planning and business plan.
・Devise digital marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profit.
・Keep abreast of industry trends, competition and new opportunities.
・Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients (such as sporting goods stores and retail chains)
・Developing new wholesale clients and conducting proposal-based sales
・Analyzing sales data and forecasting demand
・Collecting and analyzing sales performance by each wholesale partner, and making product suggestions and inventory adjustments based on demand
・Planning and executing B2B promotional activities, including proposing and implementing campaigns to support sales growth at wholesale partners
・Managing contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and delivery schedule coordination
・Handling wholesale agreements, including negotiation of terms, setting sales prices, and managing delivery timelines
・Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor’s degree
・More than 3 years of wholesale and marketing experience (B2C and B2B)
・More than 3 years of e-commerce EC marketing experience
・Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 750 UP）
・Passion for Sports and love to play sports
