■Provide HR Solution to clients with company own SaaS product.
*Solution to commit "Engagement of employee to company"
-Provide research about current employee
-Using SaaS Software, to analyze the data of employee (No need IT Skill for analyze)
-Provide solution to client, how to make the situation better way

■Others
-Report to MD, HQ
-Attend MTG of Thai branch, and also attend ASEAN-wide MTG

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・At least 3 years experience about clientr-fasing position
(Consultant, BtoB Sales, Customer Success etc)
・Japanese Upper Intermediate level (N1-N2)

■Better to have
・Ever work at HR Solution Company
・Ever wort at Consulting firm
