JOB DETAIL
Based at head office.
- Gather information of actual airfreight and obsolete cost from manufacturing.
- Support coordination and communication with the plant/factory team to obtain information regarding air freight requirements and to identify the causes of obsolete costs. (Obsolete Cost = ต้นทุนของสิ่งของหรือทรัพย์สินที่ล้าสมัย หรือไม่สามารถใช้งานได้แล้ว ทำให้มูลค่าลดลง).
- Analyse reason or obsolete cost and make report to supervisor.
- Summarize data to support the customer claims process.
- Maintain and strengthen satisfaction of customers.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male/Female, *25-27 (Junior Level), 29-32 (Senior Level) years old.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as sales/sales support. (If have direct experience in automotive field is an advantage).
- *Proficient in Excel (For pricing calculation and data collection).
- *Intermediate level of English (Prefer candidate with TOEIC Score 550 or higher).
- *Able to work on some Saturdays (Depends on company's calendar).
Flexible Time (After probation, able to start working during 7.30 - 10.00a.m.)
Hybrid Working (After probation, able to Work from home 2 days/week)
