-Provide research about current employee
-Using SaaS Software, to analyze the data of employee (No need IT Skill for analyze)
-Provide solution to client, how to make the situation better way
■Others
-Report to MD, HQ
-Attend MTG of Thai branch, and also attend ASEAN-wide MTG
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
・At least 1 year Consulting experience in any field, or selling experience about HR related solution
・Japanese Upper Intermediate level (N1-N2)
