1. Retail Expansion & Leasing Strategy
• Identify and secure high-traffic retail spaces for new brand launches and expansion
• Negotiate rental agreements and lease terms with The Mall Group, Central Group, and other premium shopping centers
• Ensure retail site selection aligns with business growth strategy, brand positioning, and revenue targets

2. Stakeholder & Landlord Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, mall operators, and key decision-makers
• Act as the primary contact for all retail leasing negotiations
• Collaborate with neighboring brands to ensure synergy and optimize location benefits

3. Investment & ROI Management
• Conduct investment analysis on potential store locations, focusing on profitability, return on investment (ROI), and cost efficiency
• Develop financial models for store expansion, ensuring sustainable growth
• Align retail leasing investments with long-term financial and strategic goals

4. Retail Business Development & Strategic Growth
• Identify new retail opportunities in high-traffic shopping districts and malls
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor store locations, and retail industry shifts
• Work closely with COO & CEO to execute expansion plans aligned with company vision

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Education & Background:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Investment, Finance, or related fields

Work Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in Retail Leasing, Business Development, or Real Estate Investment
• Strong existing connections with landlords from The Mall Group, Central Group, and other key retail players
• Proven experience in leasing negotiations, retail expansion, and investment evaluation

Skills & Business Acumen:
• Strong ability to evaluate retail locations and make ROI-driven investment decisions
• Expertise in lease structuring, negotiation, and market analysis
• Excellent networking and relationship management skills

Language & Other Requirements:
• English proficiency: Business Level or higher
• Strategic thinking and financial modeling capabilities
