Manage the branch's business plan to achieve sales and profit targets set by the company.
- Oversee overall production (workforce, machinery, and raw materials) to meet goals and quality standards.
- Supervise and enhance support functions, including HR, accounting, stock management, procurement, facility management, logistics, sales, and marketing, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure branch operations and production lines comply with the company’s quality policies.
- Handle customer complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in branch management.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, a positive work attitude, integrity, and strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Strong teamwork skills.
