- Manage and oversee all General Affairs (GA) operations across the organization, ensuring alignment with company policies, standards, and strategic objectives.

- Supervise and control central administrative functions, employee welfare programs, procurement and purchasing processes, document control systems, and other corporate support services.

- Act on behalf of the CEO under established policies when required, exercising sound judgment in executive decision-making and problem-solving.

- Collaborate in corporate strategic planning and continuously enhance management systems to improve operational efficiency, governance, and organizational effectiveness.

- Prepare operational performance reports, conduct data analysis, and present executive summaries and recommendations to top management.

- Lead, supervise, and develop the GA team to ensure compliance with company standards, KPIs, and organizational goals.

- Attend executive and cross-functional meetings to coordinate interdepartmental collaboration, resolve systemic issues, and drive organizational improvements.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in successfully launching and growing a brand in the U.S. market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and make well-informed decisions.
- Proficient in sales and marketing tools, including CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and data analytics tools.
