1.) Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives
2.) Overseeing the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
3.) Analysing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to the executive team
4.) Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
5.) Collaborating with the leadership team to optimise financial performance and drive cost-efficiency
6.) Providing financial guidance and support to other departments as needed
7.) Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
2.) A minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry
3.) In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
4.) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
5.) Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
6.) A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams
7.) Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
