**The role involves comprehensive leadership of both the manufacturing (factory) and administrative (office) functions of the company. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Management
- Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, goals, and business strategies.
- Ensure alignment between the factory operations and office departments to support company objectives.
- Factory Operations Oversight
- Supervise production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee plant management, maintenance, supply chain logistics, and workplace safety.
- Monitor productivity, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness within the factory.
- Office Operations Oversight
- Lead corporate functions such as finance, human resources, sales, procurement, and R&D.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments to support smooth operations.
- Directly manage and support the executive team across both the factory and office.
- Build a strong organizational culture based on teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Financial and Resource Management
- Oversee the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Ensure that all operations (both factory and office) comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Prioritize product quality and implement robust quality assurance processes.
- Maintain high standards of occupational health and safety, especially in the factory environment.
- Represent the company in business dealings with key clients, especially major automotive manufacturers (OEMs).
- Encourage research and development to improve product innovation and competitiveness.
- Promote sustainable manufacturing practices and responsible corporate governance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in the automotive industry Electronic related
- Deep understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, especially related to seat production, quality control, lean manufacturing, and supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experienced in Taking care of 2,000 employees approximately.
- Good command of English and Japanese skill with JLPT N2 or above
- MS office
- Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, and other quality standards in the automotive industry.
- Understanding of legal, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to manufacturing.
