• Expert Human Resources skills in Semiconductor field and high competent on human resources strategy or specific HRM Function plans
• Organize career development programs for potentials and future leaders
• Drive a culture of quality excellence, commitment, innovation, and ownership, promote self-improvement of employees
• Have experience in employee relation function or compensation & benefits will be a plus
• Close cooperation with line supervisor/managers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, HRD/HRM , Psychology or relevant field.
• Hands-on experience in Human Resources or employee relations > 15 years
• Experiences in Semiconductor, Electronic parts, PCBA and Automotive can accepted.
• Knowledge of modern educational techniques , labor law
• Excellent English communication.
• Able to work Ayutthaya factory.
