Report directly to Thai HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Accurately calculate and process monthly salaries, wages, overtime (OT), incentives, commission, and other income within deadlines.
- Monitor, review and confirm attendance time, leaves,and employee information within the HR/Payroll system and prepare monthly reports to management.
- Operate deductions, including Social Security (SSO), Provident Fund, Personal Income, and Withholding Tax
- Prepare and present regular reports with actionable insights for management.
- Maintain and manage employee files in compliance with PDPA regulations.
- Provide guidance and address employee questions about payroll, taxes, and related benefits.
- Handle the documents of working regulation and legal related.
- Handle general HR administration and other ad hoc projects/duties to support team objectives.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- *Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll management, time & attendance, leave administration, and benefits & welfare coordination.
- Proven knowledge of local labor laws, statutory contributions, leave and overtime rules.
- Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems, MS Excel, and the use of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
