【About Company】
A global retailer specializing in merchandise from a world-famous game franchises is seeking an HR Assistant Manager to support and drive core human resources operations while contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
This role plays a key part in localizing HQ policies, ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting people development in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.
*Shop is expected to be opened in late 2026.

【Job Description】
HR Operations & Compliance
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and social security fund administration in compliance with Thailand labor laws
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, attendance records, and HR documentation
• Ensure employment contracts, compensation, and HR practices comply with current Labor Protection and Labor Relations laws
• Support the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, interviewing, and hiring coordination
• Contribute to the improvement, redesign, and standardization of HR processes and SOPs
• Lead and support the localization of company policies and employee handbooks from HQ to local context
Human Resources Development
• Support the development and implementation of performance evaluation and appraisal systems
• Coordinate internal and external training programs
• Assist managers in identifying and developing team members’ competencies and career paths
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Communicate and roll out localized HR policies to ensure clear understanding among employees
• Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
• Act as a trusted HR contact point for employees and internal stakeholders
• Other tasks assigned by company
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
[Requirements]
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related major are preferred
• Must have Business-Level(Upper Intermediate) English Skill (*Preferred Business-Level Japanese Proficiency (JLPT N2 or above))
• 2–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with strong exposure to HR administration
• Hands-on experience in payroll, recruitment, and HR operations
• Strong knowledge of Thailand labor laws and regulations
• Experience working in a cross-cultural or multinational environment is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor protection and labor relations laws
• Experience using HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g. Slack) is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proactive, disciplined, and eager to grow as an HR professional
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Highly adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
