■General
A management role responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control operations in a manufacturing environment for refrigerant pipe arrangements and EcoCute hot water heater parts.

■Detail
・Establish and maintain QA/QC standards and procedures
・Lead inspection processes for incoming materials, in-process, and finished products
・Manage and develop QA/QC team members
・Handle customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions
・Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Japanese HQ on quality matters
・Ensure compliance with ISO and customer quality requirements
・Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
・Report quality performance to management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・7+ years of experience in QA or QC or both
・3+ years of experience at Manager level
・Japanese language proficiency N3 or above (Writing, Reading, Listening, Speaking)

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Ever work closely with Japanese Managing Director, Japanese HQ
