JOB DETAIL

・Oversee daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
・Manage production planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation
・Monitor and improve productivity and production efficiency
・Ensure safety, 5S, and compliance with factory rules
・Coordinate with other departments such as QA, maintenance, and logistics
・Solve production issues and implement improvement measures
・Report production performance to Japanese management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・10+ years experience work at production department
・1+ years experience as manager level in organization over 200 employees
・Ever work at Japanese Company
・Japanese Upper Intermediate（Speak/Read/Write. N2-N1）

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Ever work closely with Japanese Managing Director, Japanese HQ
