■General
An operations-focused role responsible for directly managing day-to-day production activities on the factory.
Plus, lead Kaizen activity.

■Details
・Oversee daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
・Execute production plans and schedules, and manage manpower allocation
・Monitor and improve productivity and production efficiency
・Ensure safety, 5S, and compliance with factory rules
・Coordinate with other departments such as QA, maintenance, and logistics
・Solve production issues and implement improvement measures

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・10+ years experience related to production department
・1+ years experience as manager level in organization over 200 employees
・Ever work at Japanese Company
・Japanese Intermediate（N3-N1）

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Ever work closely with Japanese Managing Director, Japanese HQ
