JOB DETAIL
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process (end-to-end recruitment)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and qualifications
- Post job advertisements through various online channels such as job boards, social media, and internal networks
- Screen applications, arrange interviews, and manage interview schedules
- Coordinate with candidates before and after interviews
- Prepare employment-related documents such as offer letters and onboarding documents
- Update the candidate database and report recruitment status to supervisors
- Support other HR-related tasks as assigned (e.g. documentation, training coordination, basic employee welfare tasks)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or 5-10 years HR experience for Assistant Manager level
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work well in a team
- Strong ability to assess candidate personality and suitability
- Polite, professional, and highly responsible
- Experience in other HR functions will be an advantage
- Excellent Chinese communication skills
