JOB DETAIL
• Plan, develop, and manage overall HR & Administration functions in alignment with company goals and business direction.
• Act as an HR Business Partner to management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and change management.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Manage compensation & benefits, salary structure, incentives, and performance management systems.
• Support leadership development, talent pipeline, and succession planning initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and labor law compliance.
• Establish, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal systems.
• Plan and control HR & Administration budgets.
• Manage HR systems and utilize HR analytics and KPIs.
• Prepare HR & Administration reports and present insights to top management.
• Coordinate with regional or global HR teams as required
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 10 years of HR experience with at least 3–5 years in an HR managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in HR budgeting, HR systems, and organizational development.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
