-Oversee and manage the company’s overall accounting and financial operations.
-Prepare and analyze cost structures for farms, animal feed mills, slaughterhouses, and processing plants.
-Design and organize accounting structures and databases within accounting software/ERP systems.
-Plan and manage the company’s tax structure efficiently.
-Achieve cost reduction and improve production efficiency to increase overall profitability.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
-Strong leadership mindset with a desire to manage and drive company operations through the accounting and finance function.
-Proven experience in preparing financial statements and profit & loss reports.
-Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to initiate new systems and effectively manage teams.
-Strong expertise in ERP systems and accounting software.
-Owns a car, holds a valid driver’s license, and is able to drive.
-Strong cost control and budget management skills.
-Solid experience in product costing for manufacturing plants and farms.
-A proactive leader with strong managerial and problem-solving abilities.
-Candidates with a lower-intermediate level of English are welcome to apply.
