JOB DETAIL

Reports to the Managing Director
- Lead and manage both domestic and international sales teams
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and high-level networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, senior government officials, and executive-level stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events and public-sector engagements
- Identify and mentor potential future leaders through internal training programs
- Collaborate closely with the top management team on long-term business direction

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (highly preferred), or other engineering/chemical science-related fields
- 15–20+ years of experience in sales, particularly in the chemical, industrial coatings/paint, or related industries
- Minimum of 10 years in senior management or executive roles
- Experience in managing other departments, including Marketing, Regional Business (Myanmar), and Manufacturing Plant Operations
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills
- Well-established network among high-society figures, senior government officials, and top-level executives is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Willing and able to travel oversea
