• Collect and analyze market data, legal regulations, and regional requirements (especially India) in collaboration with local branches and agents.
• Plan and develop products to meet market demands, including enhancing product features and expanding the product lineup.
• Propose product ideas to the development team based on market research findings.
• Support promotional activities for the company’s products (Owned Media Planning).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience:
o Product planning, market research, and competitor analysis
o Strong data analysis skills
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Language Requirements:
o English: Business level (for meetings and discussions with regional branches and agents)
o TOEIC Score: 650 or higher
Preferred Qualifications (Better to Have):
• Over 1 year of experience in product development
• Strong presentation skills
• Over 1 year of experience in sales promotion
• Over 1 year of experience working abroad
