JOB DETAIL

• Manage motor development projects to align with project plans and schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define motor specifications.
• Coordinate with departments, suppliers, and partners.
• Handle risk management and develop strategies to address challenges.
• Control project budgets and report project status to management.
• Promote process improvement, teamwork, and efficiency.
• Support team growth and development.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Languages:
o Thai: Business level
o English: Business conversation level
Required Skills & Qualifications (MUST):
• Proven ability and experience in project management, particularly in product development at least 3 years.
• Understanding of Design for Manufacturing processes and analysis methods such as FMEA or DRBFM.
• Basic knowledge of motor for air-conditioner and electrical appliance design.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to work effectively together.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills at the executive leve
Preferred Qualifications (BETTER):
• Understanding of motor manufacturing & testing processes and quality standards.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems/HVAC industry.
