Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of cannabis cultivation operations, including planting, growing, trimming, harvesting, and curing.
• Develop and implement cultivation strategies to maximize crop yield, potency, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations regarding cannabis cultivation.
• Manage and mentor the cultivation team, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, plant health, and address any arising issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain efficient systems for record-keeping and track cultivation expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and achieve company goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
• Ensure the quality of cannabis raw material meets GACP and PIC/s GMP standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Requirements:
• Education: A Master's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Physiology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience:
o At least 5 years of experience in cannabis cultivation.
o Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing cultivation operations.
• Knowledge & Skills:
o Extensive knowledge of cannabis strains, genetics, and cultivation techniques.
o Familiarity with local and state cannabis cultivation regulations.
o Strong leadership, team-management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
o Good understanding of GACP standards.
• Languages:
o Strong command of English (written and spoken).
o Thai proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
