JOB DETAIL

• Establish marketing and sales policies with executives and the sales production committee.
• Develop marketing strategies in alignment with business directions, including domestic and international sugar sales, ethanol sales, and by-products and other product sales.
• Collaborate with various teams to implement projects aimed at reducing sales costs.
• Plan warehouse management with relevant departments.
• Monitor industry changes in sugar cane and sugar, both domestically and globally, that impact sugar prices and quantities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Monitor changes in the ethanol industry and related industries that affect product prices, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analyze data to understand customer needs, product standards, and market share to develop competitive strategies.
• Design and structure the marketing department to support business goals efficiently.
• Supervise and develop marketing personnel continuously.
• Oversee marketing and product sales activities to ensure they align with policies and strategies, and comply with laws and regulations.
• Represent the company in product sales negotiations, enhancing the company's image and customer satisfaction.
• Manage product sales contracts to maximize benefits.
• Supervise after-sales services, handle complaints, and coordinate with factories to resolve issues efficiently, reporting to the sales committee.
• Promote continuous improvement in marketing systems for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring accurate and useful data for decision-making.
• Manage and oversee the marketing department's budget.
• Supervise the creation and implementation of the marketing department's operational authority.
• Review and summarize marketing, sales, and delivery reports for executives.
• Attend meetings to present operational results and propose marketing activities to the executive committee.
• Analyze and plan product production using breakeven analysis to maximize group company profits.
• Source tools and systems for product sales, especially sugar, to ensure timely and efficient sales (e.g., price monitoring systems, hedging methods).
• Plan and market new products in collaboration with the business development department.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 40-50 years old
• Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in marketing management or related fields.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse management.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
