- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients, focusing on shopping malls and convenience stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Visit potential clients and conduct presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of products to new clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and stay competitive.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the floral industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients, particularly in shopping malls and convenience stores.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Able to work with a Chinese start-up company.
