JOB DETAIL
- Supervise and support the Property Consultant and Support teams to maintain high performance standards and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promptly addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team skills and professionalism.
- Oversee day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, effectively handling escalations and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align customer service initiatives and improve the overall client experience.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on customer service metrics, feedback, and team activities to senior management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Female candidates preferred, aged 30–40 years.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, ideally in the Real Estate or Property industry.
- Prior experience managing a team, especially Property Consultants and support staff.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Intermediate proficiency in English; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage.
